He is survived by: his wife Blair Beecher O'Quinn of Screven; his children, Chelsea O'Quinn of Screven and Hagan O'Quinn (Autumn) of Baxley; his grandchildren, Rylee O'Quinn and Colton James O'Quinn; his siblings, Dale O'Quinn Dumigan of St. Simons Island, Ferrell O'Quinn (Jane) of Jesup and Keith O'Quinn (Debbie) of Jesup; and his siblings' children, Shaun O'Quinn (Holly), Kelly O'Quinn (Natasha), Kyle Allen (Kelly), Cary Allen, Tannis Allen, Kayla Brown (Josh) and David O'Quinn (Carmen Edwards).
