He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Whitworth and Peggy Bentley Whitworth; his wife Margie Whitworth; his daughter Tammy Granroos; and his brother Robert Whitworth.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tyler Granroos (Shelby) and Alexis Byers (Chris Byers); his great grandchild Caroline Granroos; his siblings, Sandra Fryer (Wesley Fryer) and Jim Whitworth; and his son-in-law David Granroos. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
