He is survived by: his wife Kathe; his daughters, Ashley Brook (Steven) and Hannah New (Danny); his stepchildren, Nicole Smith (Sean), Jade Smith, Jeremy Puzio (Kristen), Sara Puzio and Alison Puzio; and his grandchildren, Cameron Puzio, Charlie New, Adeline Puzio, Levon Grogan and Margot New. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to Meals on Wheels, Fayetteville or the Gary Sinise Foundation.
