He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Forlines and Lillian M. Shelton; and his wife Patricia Forlines. He is survived by: his children, Robert Forlines (Annette) and Beverly McElveen (Steve); and his grandchildren, Jade Sapp (Cody), Holland Forlines, Samantha McElveen and Riley McElveen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mowell Funeral Home and Cremation Service - Fayetteville (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214).
