He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Beluk and Susan Beluk of Stamford, CT.; his sister Linda; and his brother-in-law James Kirby. He is survived by: his daughters, Skyler and Jolee Beluk of Newnan, GA.; his siblings, Katherine Dummitt (Ken), Meredith Clark (Nick) and Michael Beluk (Celia); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Michael (Allyson), Matthew Beluk, Allison, James Kirby, Will, Jack Clark, Nicholas, Max, Andrew and Elizabeth Clark. He is also survived by his aunts, uncle and cousins.
