He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Gordon. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Susan; and his stepdaughter Cindy Greene. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren' and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Flowers will be accepted by the family or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
