He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Emerson and Daisy Almand Alexander; and his sister Barbara Vansant. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johnson Alexander of Sharpsburg, GA; his sons, Jeff (Rhonda Alexander) and Tony (Aileen Alexander); and his sisters, Betty (Ray Roesel) and Patty (Tim Smith).
