She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Durwood Hood and Vera McCauley (Andrews); her husband Henry Aycock; and her brother Charles M. Hood. She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Braswell of Shellman; her grandchildren, Jacob Braswell, Brandon Mulford of Cairo, GA, Rachel Murray (Brandon) of Redmond and Grace Elizabeth Torneo of Leary; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Joshua and Hayden; and her pets, Ridge and Kurt.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lunsford Funeral Home (54 Court St, Cuthbert, GA 39840). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shellman Eastview Cemetery.
