She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Blair, Sr. (Linda), Phil Blair (Mary) and Keith Blair; her grandchildren, Stephanie Willingham (Rodney), Wayne Blair, Jr., Steven Blair (Amanda) and Michael Blair; her great grandchildren, Storm Willingham (Leah), Dacey Haulk (Hayden), Gracie Blair, Evan Blair Willingham, Caleb Blair and Catie Beth Blair; her great great grandchildren, Fletcher, Dalton and Brenly; and her brother Steve Burkhalter (Monesia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
