She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Griffin Moore and Lois Evelyn Mize Moore; and her brother Dan Moore. She is survived by: her husband Larry Thomas Hand; her daughter Buffi Maria Murphy (Todd); her stepchildren, Steven Hand (Jennifer) and Heather Hand Clonts (Chris); her granddaughters, Lauren, Kendall and Kaitlyn Murphy; her stepgrandchildren, Mackenzee Hand, Dyllin Hand, J. T. Riordan and Hunter Riordan; and her siblings, Susan Wilson and Luke Moore (Kitty). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oaknoll Chapel (2542 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
