Ham (Michelle); his grandchildren, Adam Ham (Bonnie), Nicole Ham, Caitlin Ham, Alan Ham (Rachel) and Amelia Ham; his great grandchildren, Carter and Anna; and his siblings, Larry Ham (Donna), Mary Daniels and Patricia Morrow. He is also survived by family members and friends.
