She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Wingard and David Eugene Wingard. She is survived by: her husband Tom Franks; her son Taylor; her daughter-in-law Chelsey Franks; her grandchildren, Felix and Shelby Franks; and her siblings, Barry Wingard and Tamela Walters. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that you honor Ann with a donation to Anglican Frontier Missions, an organization she proudly served with and supported in her final years.
