It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Allison Petty Sr. of Smyrna, Georgia, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sisters, Jeanette Smith and Joyce Lowry. He is survived by: his wife Annette Petty; his sons, Dan Petty, Jr. (Lisa), Michael Petty (Christine) and Glen Petty; his sister Neva Ann Loner; his grandchildren, Erin Ralston (Bobby), Allison Petty, Lance Petty, Noelle Petty and Karly Petty; and his great grandchildren, Penelope Ralston, Whitley Lawrence and Ramsey Lawrence.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carmichael Funeral Home - Smyrna (2950 King St SE, Smyrna, GA 30080). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
