She was predeceased by: her former husband Tredgar Roland Smiley; and her parents, Hazel Mae (King) and Edwin Gavan Caldwell. She is survived by: her children, Tanya Mingledorff (Mingo), Terri Smiley Parker (Frank) and Todd Smiley (Denise); and her husband Ted Smiley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
