She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley Houston McDaniell and Rosalee Kirk McDaniell; her former husband Cecil G. Metcalf, Sr.; her son C. G. Metcalf, Jr.; and her siblings, Hugh Lee McDaniell and Inez McDaniell Bruce.
She is survived by: her spouse C. G. As; and her sibling's children, Marsha Crowder (Charlie), Nancy Hester, Gail Barton (Bart), Tammy Chisholm (Mike) and Hank Bruce. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
