She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Barton and Myrtle Howell Barton; and her husband Edward Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Michael O. Stephens (Terre) of Whitesburg, GA and Robin M. Payne of Winston, GA; her grandchildren, Calee S. Britt (Jeremy), Brannon A. Payne (Alicia) and Brittany S. Payne; and her great grandchildren, Brison Payne, Hutson Britt, Logan Payne and Tucker Payne.
