He is survived by: his wife Susan Mashburn of Smyrna, GA; his children, Whitney Naddy (Rami) of Fort Collins, CO and Andrew Mashburn (Jennifer) of Portland, OR; his sister Phyllis Peterson (Herbert) of Jonesborough, TN; and his grandchildren, Callin, Joseph Naddy, Ruby and Clyde Mashburn. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Colonel Mashburn was inducted as a Distinguished Member of the Chemical Corps Regiment in recognition for his contribution to the Corps.
