She was predeceased by: her husband James E. McClendon. She is survived by: her son Jimmy McClendon (Nanci) of Chino Hills, CA; her stepchildren, Chris McClendon (Susan) of Mableton, Marsha McClendon Kellar (John) of Powder Springs, Cindy McClendon Filliat (Gil) of Rome and Kathy McClendon Yancey (John) of Snellville; and her grandchildren, Owen, Harrison McClendon, Edmund Keller, Kendra Cox, Jessica Giancola, Amanda Sanders, Lily Miller and Ian Yancey. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmichael Funeral Home - Smyrna (2950 King St SE, Smyrna, GA 30080). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at the New Smyrna Cemetery (4021 Hawthorne Cir, Smyrna, GA 30080).
