Though Jillian may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jillian touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her parents, John L. Ford and Hilary Ford; her significant other Lena Hamilton of Decatur, GA; her siblings, Alison Sarah Ford and John Lewis Ford (Marcela Sanchez); and her siblings' children, Davis Ford Balan and Carter Rosalie Balan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Charis Circle (CharisCircle.org), an organization in which she was deeply connected and one that mirrors her own values and beliefs. Keep Jillian Carter Ford's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
