She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Prehn and Shirley Thornton Capps; her husband Woodrow W. Mayfield; her son Mike Mayfield; and her grandson Mark Robert Mayfield.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Mayfield (Bonnie) and Dan Mayfield (Laurie); her daughter-in-law Patti Mayfield; and her grandchildren, Zachary Mayfield (Sarah), Christine, Brett Mayfield, Laura Mayfield (Memo), Mark Russell Mayfield (Katie) and Stephen Mayfield. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
