She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Joseph Carroll; her parents, Michael O'Hara and Catherine O'Hara (Vaugh); and her brothers, Rory and Michael O'Hara.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Carroll (Jim Threlkeld), Ellen Carroll (James G. Schmitt) and Thomas Carroll (Leslie Carroll); her granddaughter Josephine Threlkeld; and her sister Veronica Clements.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (4300 King Springs Rd SE, Smyrna, GA 30082).
