We announce the death of Travis James Brassfield of Smyrna, Georgia, who passed away on August 14, 2026, at the age of 36. Travis will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his half-sister Heather Guiterrez. He is survived by: his parents, Judy Brassfield and Joe Brassfield; his sisters, Alison Brassfield Thomas (Brent) and Chelsea Brassfield Metros (George); his half-brother Joe McClain (Carissa); and his nieces and nephews, Grayson, Ellery Thomas, Peter, Rhett Metros, Leona, Alice and Emilia McClain.
