He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Wesley DeShields (Jacqueline DeShields) and Eric David DeShields (Militza DeShields); his grandchildren, Maya DeShields, Ryan Wesley DeShields Jr. Leighana, Dante Barbieri, Xavier DeShields, Xander DeShields and Carlos Molina Jr.; and his brother Dennis DeShields.
