He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Lizzie and Mary Lizzie (Brand); his wife Gloria Shelnutt Wade; and his siblings, Kathleen Wade Tuck, Jean Wade Norton and Edsel Wade.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Janice Adams of Snellville, Jimmy Tuck of Monroe, Melvin Tuck of Greensboro, Michelle Norton of Brookhaven, Troy Wade of Woodstock and Julie Wade Marquez of North Carolina.
