She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy A. Chappelear and Amy L. Chappelear; her husband Ralph A. Anguish; her daughter Janice Baker; and her sister Ilah Christine Chappelear.
She is survived by: her children, David Anguish of Searcy, Arkansas and Annette Miller (Reed) of Lawrenceville, Georgia; and her siblings, Carolyn Thomas (Harmon) of Malta, Ohio and Don Chappelear of Zanesville, Ohio. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
