He was predeceased by : his wife Myrtle Jenkins (Myers); his son Jimmy Jenkins; his granddaughter April Jenkins; his parents, William Samuel and Lillie Bell Jenkins (Beaver); and his siblings, Beatrice Bentley (Albert), Paul Jenkins (Sadie), John Jenkins (Thelma), Frank Jenkins (Gerri) and Margaret Landress (David).

He is survived by : his children, Juanita Stevens (Ronnie), Jack Jenkins (Jacki) and Jane Davis (Andrew); his grandchildren, Amy Ward (Keith), Stacy Goddard (Scott), Chad Jenkins (Melanie), Vince Davis, Cody Davis (Erin) and Rachel Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Cody Jenkins (Amanda), Noah Jenkins (Cammie), Ethan Ward, Makayla Ward, Caleb Ward, Bryce Jenkins, Bethany Jenkins, Jake Goddard and Connor Ward; his great great grandchildren, Elsa Jenkins, Lakelyn Jenkins and Whitlee Jenkins; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Rutledge.
