It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Hendrix of Snellville, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floy Ferguson and Alfred Ernest Hendrix; his former wife Ginger Hendrix; and his siblings, Jimmy Hendrix, Wallace Hendrix and Mary Vinson.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Carter Cobb; his son Jerry; his daughter-in-law Cindi Hendrix, Jr.; his daughter Pamela; his son-in-law Joseph Cason; his brothers, P. D. Hendrix and Richard Hendrix; and his grandchildren, Christopher Hendrix, Daniel Hendrix, Luke Hendrix, Annie Randolph, Jacob Cason, Zachary Cason, Yadira Cason and Kevin Cason. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
