Michael Walker John Whelan age 67 of Snellville, GA., passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Ross Michael Whelan and Mary Pauline Walker Whelan. He is survived high school sweetheart and wife of 17 years, Denise (Denni) Smith Whelan; his children, Stephen Paul Michael Whelan (Meghan) and their children Joshua, Jackson, and Anderson they are currently stationed in the Savannah, GA; Sean Michael Whelan (Jennifer) and their child Jamison of Good Hope, GA., and Elizabeth Nicole Kucera (Randy) and their children, Cassidy, Haley and Christian and they are currently stationed in San Diego, CA.
The memorial service to celebrate the life of Michael Walker John Whelan will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Lenora Baptist Church, Snellville, GA. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 10:30 AM until the service begins at 11:30 AM.
