Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Phillip for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Victor Morgan and Kathryn Marie Hodgin Morgan; and his sister Margaret Morgan Steiner. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lea Hayes; and his children, David Morgan, Cheryl Gardner (Bob) and Steven Morgan. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oren Morris Chapter of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church.
