He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Varone (Zigre) of Snellville; his daughters, Victoria Russell (Mark) of Tampa, FL and Michelle Cunnane (Frank) of Tybee Island; his brother Michael Varone of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Nicholas Russell (Kelly McDonnell), Christopher Mignone (Allie), Stephen Russell (Madison Dearie), Angela Mignon and Abby Cunnane; and his great grandchildren, Bella Mignone, Erin Russell and Connor Russell.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
