He is survived by: his daughter Lorene Jones; his siblings, Lee, James, Jack, Charles, Richard Rutledge and Jennie Carter; his children, Keith, Keenan Rutledge, Mark Rutledge (Theresa) and Beverly Casper (Steve); his grandchildren, Tessa Turner (Justin) and Logan Rutledge; his great grandchild Jackson Turner; and his former wife Daisy Rutledge. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
