He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Mae Moore (Smith); his parents, William H. Moore and Gladys Moore; his sister Betty Smith; and his son-in-law Ronnie Cantrell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Joy Cantrell (Moore) of Monroe, Jan (Daniel Huddleston) and Jill (Tony Crews); his grandchildren, Nikki (Jason Walker), Melissa (David Wood), Brian (Mandy Cantrell), Tyler Crews, Maureen Huddleston and Lee (Hilary Huddleston); his great grandchildren, Taylor Cantrell, Wyatt Wood, Olivia Cantrell, Wesley Walker, Ansley Walker, Reed Huddleston, Harper Huddleston and Hagen Huddleston; his siblings, Merita Moore and Tony; and his sister-in-law Carol Willoughby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
