She is survived by: her daughter Alisa Lyon of Social Circle, GA; her grandchildren, Matt Sullins (Allie) of Braselton, GA and Shelby Puckett of Peachtree City, GA; her great grandchildren, Piper, Blakely, Roman and Marlow Sullins; and her grandchildren, Chatham, Savannah and Xander Puckett.
