She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Malcolm Herndon and Madeline Herndon of Oxford, Georgia.; and her daughters, Cindy and Jordan Franklin. She is survived by: her siblings, Belinda Herndon, Sheila Herndon and Robin West (Brent); her husband Mike Franklin; her sons, Joe Franklin (Cristina) and Josh Franklin (Ashley) of Covington; and her grandchildren, Bailey, McLane, Logan and Stella. She is also survived by family members, including her nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and close friends.
