She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell G. Lochte and Etta Stripling Lochte; and her sister Cindy Marie Lochte Henderson. She is survived by : her husband Jimmy Lee Norris of Social Circle; her children, Jamie Rene Norris of Monroe, Jason Randall Norris of Covington, Jeffrey Brian Norris (Christina) of Covington, Justin Lee Norris (Brittany) of Ft. Myers Fl and Julie Nicole Norris of Social Circle; and her brother Russell E. Lochte (Debra) of Buford. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.

The family suggest in lieu of flowers donations be made to Downs Baptist Church, 2630 Chickasaw Road, Davisboro, Georgia 31018.
