He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Mann and Azzilee Mann; his son Jason Wade Mann; his grandson Joshua Mann; and his siblings, Berthalene Lefevers, Bobby Mann, Essie Edwards, Shirley Treadwell, Larry Mann and Elsie Knight.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Mann (Michelle), Sharon Hancock (Mike) and Sam Mann; his grandchildren, Jon Mann, Sarah, Alex West, Lacy and Savannah Carter; his great grandchildren, Luke and Matthew; and his sisters, Peggy Bates and Nancy Arnett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at the Oxford Historical Cemetery (100 W Richardson St, Oxford, GA 30054).
