He is survived by: his wife Lindy Manning Proctor of Soperton; his children, Terry Proctor (Angie) of Soperton, GA and Penny Proctor McDaniel (Dwayne) of Soperton, GA; his siblings, Ann Clark (Wade) of Soperton, GA, Danis Ward of Vidalia, Frances Wiggins of Vidalia and Charlotte Fortner of Vidalia; his grandchildren, Meghan Proctor McLeod (David) of Soperton, GA, Hayden Stephen Proctor (Cassie) of Soperton, GA, Jessica McDaniel McGowan (Matt) of Metter, GA and Bailee McDaniel Poole (D. J.) of Soperton, GA; and his great grandchildren, Emery Proctor, Jase McGowan, Saylor McGowan, Rhett McDaniel and Ryder Poole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
