He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Willis and Lois Willis; his siblings, James Edward, Bobby Willis, Ruby Walker and Marjorie Peacock; and his pet Cubby.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Odom Willis; his children, Jeff and Dianne (Jim); his sister Linda Dykes (James); his grandchildren, Chase Cannon (Elizabeth), Taylor Trueblood, Courtney Absher (Travis) and Tori Kuchenbrod (Joe); and his great grandchildren, William, Oliver Cannon, Cason, Cannon Absher, Avery Grace, Kuchenbrod, Nolan, Brynlee, Colson and Peyton Trueblood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lothair Church (1725 Church Loop Rd, Rockledge, GA 30454). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be sent to Lothair Church.
