He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Burnum Walden and Marilyn Ennis Walden; and his brother-in-law Darrell Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Janice Harrell Walden of Soperton, GA; his children, Dr. Janica Peavey (Jordan) and Dr. Jarrett Walden (Erin); his brother Andy Walden (Danielle) of Statesboro, Georgia; his grandchildren, Knox, Sophie, Sadie, Kase, Parker, Pierce, Paxton and Palmer; his mother-in-law Evelyn Harrell; and his siblings-in-law, Kirk Harrell, Phyllis Stephens and Marsha Mimbs (Eddy). He is also survived by four nieces, three nephews, and several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
