He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Moore Harrell; his sisters, Phyllis Stephens of Soperton, GA, Janice Walden of Soperton, GA and Marsha Mimbs (Eddy) of Soperton, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Phaedra McLendon (Bart) of Brunswick, GA, Desha LeDuc (Michael) of Cumming, GA, Janica Peavey (Jordan) of Statesboro, GA, Dustin Mimbs (Jamie) of Canton, GA and Jarrett Walden (Erin, family: Fonda Sutton, Sylvia Phillips, Stephanie Anderson, Martha Cohran) of Statesboro, GA. He is also survived by thirteen great-nieces and great-nephews, several beloved cousins and his care family.
