She was predeceased by : her parents, John Samuel Godwin and Ruby Lorena "Dean" Reed Godwin; her husband Sgt. Edwin William Oliver, Jr.; her children, James Edwin "Jimmy" Oliver and Debra Lynn Oliver Griswold; and her brothers, James "Jimmy" Samuel Godwin, Tommy Joe Godwin and Jerry Lamar Godwin.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Melissa Jean, Stacey Stubbs of Morven, Georgia, Candice Oliver of Hahira, Jason Griswold of South Carolina, Jamie and Eric Corbell of Sumter; her brother Edward J. Godwin of Sparks; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Dillard of TyTy and Diane Godwin. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
