He was predeceased by : his parents, Byron Connell and Katie Mae Connell; his wife Lieselotte Henn Connell; and his siblings, Lamar Connell, Myrtle Drawdy and Nell Brown.
He is survived by : his daughters, Heidi McDaniel (Roger) of Adel, Cathy Carroll (late Winston) of Sparks and Christine Grigsby (Stephen) of Melbourne; his grandchildren, April Garrett (Michael) of Adel, Will McDaniel (Chrystal), Audra McCallum, Christa Hartzog (David), Katie Kelley (Will) and Olivia Grigsby; his great grandchildren, John Hutchinson, Eli McDaniel Calli McDaniel (Hannah Mcilwain), Corbin McDaniel, Lilly McDaniel, Dru Hartzog, Gideon Hartzog, Dracy Spence (Tim), Anna Kelley and Allie Kelley; his great great grandchildren, Maeve Spence and Vivian McDaniel; his niece Connie Capito; his nephew Marcus Nees of Germany; and his sister-in-law Sara Beth Connell of Lakeland.
