With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lanell Southerland of Sparks, Georgia, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Ralph Dalton Purvis; and her husband Bobby Southerland. She is survived by : her children, Taresa Hancock (Todd) of Adel, Debbie Giddens (Marlon) of Sparks and Randy Southerland of Adel; her grandchildren, Donna Prinkey, Shad Prinkey, Heather, Brittney Warren (Shane), Caitlin Giddens, Megan Southerland and Mitchell Southerland (Summer); and her siblings, Dalton Purvis (Julia) of Sparks, Larry Purvis (Patsy) of Nashville, Melvin Purvis of Sparta and Susanne Nichols of Nashville. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
