He is survived by : his children, Cynthia Youngblood of Cedar Bluff, Alabama and Lee Gay of Sparta; his brother Johnny Gay (Sharon) of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; his nephew Allen Cowart of Sparta; his great-niece Krystal Newberry; his great-nephew Clayton Jones; and also, Tara Newberry and Tyler Boyette.
