He is survived by: his wife Melissa Kinzer Cox; his children, James Marvin Cox, Jr. (Jimmy) and Glynis Cox Williford; his grandchildren, Christopher Boyer (Olivia), Blake Boyer (Leslie), James Marvin Cox, III (Trae) and Sarah Brown (Mason); his sister Betty Cox Wendelken; his stepchildren, Jason Drew (Sara), Mary Ledford (Shawn) and Katie Tomberlin (Jason); and his stepgrandchildren, Grace Ledford, Jessie Ledford and Cody Drew. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
