He was predeceased by: his parents, Clouise Huff Willoughby and Albert Eugene Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stapleton Willoughby; his children, Jimmy Willoughby and Anita Willoughby; his siblings, Betty Purvis (Randy), Donnie Willoughby and Ronnie Willoughby; and his nephew Chris Sheppard. He is also survived by other extended family members, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (630 N Main St, Wrens, GA 30833). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Stapleton Memorial Gardens Cemetery (360 Harvey St, Stapleton, GA 30823).
