He is survived by : his wife Shirley Hillman; his children, Teresa Wilburn (James), Gail Holbrook (Charles) and Jerry Hillman; his grandchildren, Allen Hillman (Crystal), Jennifer Lamb (Alvey), Angie Phillips (Lynn), Gene Holbrook (Tabitha), Jeffrey Holbrook (Jennifer), James Cameron Wilburn and Krystle Ciarra Holland (David); his great grandchildren, Kimberly Phillips, Sloan Rawlins (Daniel), Hunter Phillips (Breanna), Hannah Mae Holbrook, Evan Holbrook, Bryar Holbrook, Jessica Simpson (Jason), Joshua Hillman (Kayla), Taylor Bowles (Dale), Jonathon Fanning (Samantha), Christina Gantt, Brittany Brazell, Travis Brazell, Christian Williams, James Dante Wilburn and Nolan Isaiah Holland; and his great great grandchildren, Paisley Holbrook, Cole Phillips, Carmen Phillips, Peyton, Nathaniel, Samuel, Levi, Lydia Bowles, Sophilia Bowles, Addison Fanning and Elijah Maddox Wren.
