He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Vazquez; his children, Sammy Avellaneda (Mayra), Bianca Avellaneda, Nayely Avellaneda (Georgia), Abelardo Avellaneda (Isadora), Abigail Avellaneda (Georgia) and Samuel Avellaneda (Georgia); and his grandchildren, Devan, Josiah, Ariana, Adeline and Adriana.
