He is survived by: his wife Monica; his children, Alexis Harnage (Jason), Brean Castleberry (Heather), Luke Stabler and Tatum Cook; his mother Rose Castleberry; his brother Joey Castleberry (Theresa); and his grandchildren, Hunter, Tristin, Levi Castleberry, Caleb Cowart, Conner and Marlee Harnage.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harry T. Reid Funeral Home (901 4th St NW, Jasper, FL 32052). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
