She is survived by: her children, Ashley Wood, Matt Thompson, Kelly Thompson (Brittney) and Zach Thompson; her grandchildren, Jace Pate, Cameron Thompson, Logan Thompson, Aubrie Thompson, Will Thompson and Mia Thompson; her siblings, Angie Cook, Tonya DeLoach, Tom Cook, Jr. and Tim Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Jackie Conner (Ray) and Kelli Wade (Michael). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
